Providing NDIS support to people with psychosocial disabilities
We are a small, dedicated, and local NDIS provider based in the Albury-Wodonga region, committed to delivering personalised support for individuals living with psychosocial disabilities.
At APD Mental Health Support, we understand that every person’s journey is unique, which is why we focus on tailored, participant-centered supports designed to empower you to live life your way. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where you feel respected, understood, and truly heard.
Being a small local provider means we take the time to build genuine, meaningful relationships with our participants and their families, ensuring you always feel supported.
Together, we can help you achieve your goals, increase independence, and improve overall wellbeing — because you deserve quality support that makes a real difference.
Explore what we offer
We’re here to help you navigate your NDIS journey with confidence.
Our Support Coordinators work alongside you to understand and implement your funded supports, connect you with the right providers, and link you to community, mainstream, and government services. We’ll assist with service agreements, negotiate costs, and make sure you’re getting the most out of your plan.
Through Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, we focus on building your skills, confidence, and independence while supporting your mental health and wellbeing. We work with you to set goals, develop strategies, and strengthen your ability to manage challenges and live the life you choose.
Together, we aim to optimise your NDIS plan, prepare for plan reviews, and empower you to exercise choice and control every step of the way.
APD understands the need for connection and face to face support. We offer one on one support to work towards your NDIS goals. We support people to access social and community activities, in home support and short term accommodation also known as STA's.
One on one support is tailored to your support needs and can be delivered as you would like.
We understand that everyone's support needs are different and everyone is at a different stage in their recovery journey, we are not a "one size fits all" business.
Our range of lifestyle supports help you build on your daily living skills, at home and in the community.
Some of the tasks we may be able to assist with include:
Joining community clubs, activities and programs
Learning new skills
Buying groceries and meal preparation
Paying bills and budgeting
Looking after your health and fitness
Household chores
Supported respite
At APD, we offer a variety of group programs and activities designed to build social connections, encourage participation, and reduce isolation.
Our groups provide a safe and supportive environment where participants can develop new skills, meet like-minded people, and gain confidence while engaging in fun and meaningful activities.
Whether it’s community outings, creative workshops, or skill-building sessions, our goal is to create opportunities for connection, inclusion, and personal growth.
