NDIS Support coordination
NDIS Support coordination is designed to assist people with an NDIS plan to implement their supports.
Group Support
APD offer a range of group programs and activities to support social connections and reduce isolation.
What is the NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a national system of disability support. The Scheme is focused on the individual needs and choices of people with a disability.
The NDIS provides people with disability support to live life their way, achieve their goals and participate in social and economic life. Under the NDIS, people with disability make the decisions about their supports, including who will provide them.
If you are eligible for the NDIS contact us today to see how we may be able to support you on your journey to recovery.
