She has worked across a variety of areas, including youth support and court advocacy, gaining valuable insight into the challenges people face when navigating complex systems. With both professional expertise and personal lived experience, Amanda brings empathy, understanding, and authenticity to her work. She is passionate about helping people strengthen their mental health, build confidence, and live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

Assistant manager - Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Siobhan has been part of the APD team for over three years and brings more than five years of experience working across various roles in the mental health sector. Her strong background in community and psychosocial support allows her to provide compassionate, person-centred care to participants and valuable leadership within the team. Siobhan is passionate about helping others build confidence, independence, and positive connections in their everyday lives.
